Return Policy

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase we will issue a full STORE CREDIT for unused merchandise within 3 days of receiving your return. Please email us at sales@edgyaccents.com with your order number and the product(s) you would like to return, once your email is received, return instructions will be emailed back to you. You must return the product(s) within 7 days of receiving the email. If we receive your return beyond the 7 days it will not be accepted.

Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs of all returns, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If we find any defects or worn merchandise we reserve the right to not accept your return. Please note that when shipping returns you must pay for delivery confirmation so that the returned product(s) can be tracked.

Once your return is received please allow up to 3 business days for your store credit to be issued. ONLY store credit will be issued, NO REFUNDS. We do not offer exchanges at this time only store credits.
